Join our team as a Sponsorship Coordinator!

Our team is growing! Are you the right person for the job?


Time Commitment: 5-20 hours/week

Compensation: 20% of new sales
*New sales are those that do not currently have a working relationship with East Valley Moms Blog. 15% of sales you negotiate with existing East Valley Moms Blog partners.

Summary of Role:

  • Solicits new business from organizations that would attract area moms and families (e.g. health care, child care, retail, activities, services, etc.)
  • Manages and responds to all new incoming sponsorship inquiries related to ads, sponsored blog posts, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Works with sponsoring businesses and blog contributors to gather necessary media (ad images, sponsored post content, social media posts, giveaways, etc.)
  • Builds supportive, ongoing relationships with sponsors
  • Delegates and/or executes all advertising campaigns (e.g. coordinates invoicing, receives image from advertiser, coordinates with writers of sponsored posts, plans social media posts)
  • Assists in selling sponsorship packages for events
  • Responds to all emails in a timely manner (48 hours max)
  • Represents East Valley Moms Blog in a positive and professional manner at all times


  • Passion for and familiarity with area moms and local businesses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous business experience (sales or advertising/marketing experience strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and success in achieving goals
