Dear Husband,
Today is Father’s Day. A day that is now all about you. On days like today, I realize that I don’t tell you enough how much I appreciate all you do for our family. I don’t tell you enough how much I love you. I don’t tell you enough how much I care. I blame it on being too busy, and not having enough time just the two of us.
The truth is though, I don’t tell you these things enough, because our life has changed, and We have changed. Most importantly, Our love has changed.
I think back to the first time I told you I loved you, and then I think about how much I THOUGHT I loved you then. I think about saying I love you on our wedding day, honeymoon, and every other major life event. I really thought that love would never fade, never change, and would never be greater than it was on those days.
But here we are, and my love for you has completely changed. The day we brought our little girl into the world was the day that I would never love you in the same way I did before. My love has changed because you have given me the greatest gift anyone will EVER give me, our daughter. 
I’ve watched you hold her, feed her, and change her. I’ve watched you teach her how to walk, high five, and say “da-da”. I’ve watched you grow into a DAD.
We don’t always agree, we aren’t always happy, and we don’t always look like the two smiling people that social media portrays us as. We aren’t perfect, and we never will be.
However, together as a family I think we are perfect. You balance me, protect me, and keep me sane. You make me smile when I want to cry. You make me food, when I’m hangry. You love me, and even when I’m being mean.
I’m sorry I don’t tell you enough how much I love you, or how much I care, or how much I appreciate all you do for our family.
But today is FATHER’S DAY. So it is important to me, that today you know one thing: My love for you has changed, I love you more than I ever dreamed possible.
I don’t know what the future has in store for our family. However, I know that whatever happens, we will get through it together.
I know, no matter what, you’ll always be the man who gave me the greatest gift possible- our daughter.
