Are you ready to #WERK the spring?  I recently tried out SPENGA for a month and let me tell you,  hate spin but the fun-loving, energetic instructors at SPENGA changed my mind!  

As a busy mom of three I don’t always have time to plan out my workouts which is one reason I loved SPENGA.  Show up and you get told what to do.  Amazing.  The workouts are no joke-the combo of the HIIT with spin and strength followed by the zen of 20 minutes of yoga is a wonderful way to spend an hour a day!

SPENGA (short for Spin, Strength and Yoga) is the first boutique gym to open in Arizona that offers all three components of fitness in one hour–cardio, strength and flexibility.  We call it Ride, Rep & Revive.  Each workout is designed with 20 minutes of low impact, metabolism boosting cardio on the spin bike, leading into the strength room where one of six template designs will challenge members and guaranteed to keep muscles confused and bodies challenged.  The last 20 minutes are spent working on flexibility and restoring the body.  Members will leave feeling strong, energized and revitalized.  Each workout is different and once you experience a workout, you’ll never do the same exact workout ever again.
