2018 Songs For Your 2019 Workout

If you didn’t start working out right away the first week of January, you can always start now. If I don’t have my headphones with me, or have music accessible during a workout, it’s nearly impossible for me to lift heavy and get in the zone. I like a mix of music and I will say a majority of the music I listen to at the gym is explicit. Artists like Cardi B are what gets me hyped up. Here are 11 songs that get me going.
