You don’t have to drive hours from your home to have a snow day! There are quite a few of local businesses that are bringing the snow to you!

Tempe Market Place
Wednesday, November 22nd
Join Tempe Marketplace and 99.9 KEZ to kick off the holiday season! The evening starts with a professional ice skating performance in front of the District Stage, followed by the lighting of our 60-foot holiday tree. Then, at 7pm, it will magically snow for the very first time this holiday season.

Entire town decorated for the holidays, 100′ Christmas tree (lighting just after 6pm by Santa), Nightly Santa visits every weekend, and we even make it snow!!

20 tons of snow! Starts 9:00 am until the snow melts. Snow activities are free with a paid Museum admission of $11/person. Visits with Santa 10:00am-11:30am | 12:30om-1:30pm
Mother Nature’s Farm
Saturday, December 9th 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Kids are $10.00 that includes the snow hill all day, the hayride, maze, air bounce and the animals, the adults are $5.00 to tag along. Maneau’s Munchies will be open on the weekends for snack food, etc hotdogs, popcorn, cotton candy, chips, soda and hot drinks.
Schnepf Farms
Saturday, December 9th 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
We will create 30 tons of fun when we make a mountain of snow complete with a hill for sledding. We provide the sleds and you have the fun!
Snow & Sled Day Details: $5.00 for an hour of sledding and playing in the snow. $15.00 for unlimited rides. $20.00 for unlimited rides, snow & ice skating

Phoenix Zoo

It’s Noon Year’s Eve at the Phoenix Zoo—a fun-packed party for the whole family that comes 12 hours early.
Festivities include:
- 30 tons of snow (for kids of all ages)
- Snowball targets
- Countdown to a noon ball drop, and toast with cider or juice
- Live music, dancing, games and prizes
