East Valley Mom's Blog: July Events

Were you able to check out any of June’s events? July is already here! Are you looking for some more ideas to keep you and your little ones busy?

Wild Wednesdays at the Tempe History Museum is bound to help your kids release some energy. Each Wednesday (except the 2nd) the whole family is invited to the museum for free play. There are crafts, games, and prizes with each week being focused on a specific theme to go along with “Eat, Play, Grow Healthy”. We went once or twice last year and my daughter loved it! July 9, 16, 23, and 30 at 809 E. Southern Avenue in Tempe.

Slide Under the Stars at Golfland in Mesa. Every Friday and Saturday night you can head to the water slides at Golfland from 7-11 pm for $13.88. You don’t even need sun block!

Diamondbacks Baseball. Throughout the summer be sure to make memories at a Diamondbacks baseball game. And while you’re at it, get your kid a hot dog. Nothing says summer like baseball and hotdogs. Am I right?!?

And if you still don’t have plans for the fourth be sure to check out these local hotspots! (all have free admission, but check websites because some you have to pay for parking or they request canned goods).
