Arizona Celebration of Freedom:  Mesa Convention Center | 263 N Center St, 85201

  • America’s Heritage Lane – Walk through national monuments and figures of America freedom and history. This is a place where individuals and families can be reminded of our great heritage and enjoy some fun photo ops.
  • Independence Hall – Learn more about your family’s Military Genealogy, hear a presentation about the Historical Flags, learn more about the Revolutionary War with George Washington and sign the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Located in Building B, Lobby and Conference Theater
  • Uncle Sam’s Safety Zone – Stop by and say thanks to the men and women who save lives every day. Check out their cool equipment and displays as well as learn important safety tips for your family.
  • America’s Arts & Culture Showcase – Crafts and displays from the i.d.e.a. Museum, Arizona Museum of Natural History and Mesa Arts Center. Watch local chalk artists create a patriotic mural and help create a mural on your own!
  • The Patriot Car Show – Classic cars and trucks, and a rockabilly good time! Make sure to
    stop by to vote for your favorite!
  • Yankee Doodle Kids’ Zone – FREE carnival style and inflatable games for all ages.
  • Celebration Splash Zone – FREE water features including inflatables and soak zones to provide an opportunity to have some fun and cool down.

July 4th Tempe Town Lake Festival: Tempe Town Lake Park | 620 North Mill Avenue 85281

  • Gates open at 5 p.m.
  • General admission starting June 1st- $7 per person in advance, children 12 and under and active military are free. $10 per person at the gate.
  • General admission tickets will be on sale NOW through July 4th at all Fry’s stores.

  • On-site ticket sales will stop when the park reaches capacity.
  • Free inflatable village for all ages with a variety of rides, rock climbing walls and more! Special kid’s entertainment, featuring face painters, relay races and other specialty entertainment.

4th of Zoo-lyPhoenix Zoo | 455 North Galvin Parkway 85008

  • Wednesday, July 4th
  • Gates open at 7pm
  • General admission: Adults (13+): $45; Children (3 – 12): $35; Children 2 and under are FREE, but reservations are still required; Highchairs and booster seats will not be provided.
  • Limited zoo access and animal viewing.
  • 7 – 8:30 p.m. | Catered BBQ dinner at the Lakeside lawn. Enjoy an all-American dinner by Andrew’s BBQ. Feast on BBQ chopped chicken sandwiches, pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad, potato chips, fruit salad, cookies, soda and bottled water. Veggie burgers will also be available.
    • Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the BBQ dinner and the fireworks show.
    • Cool treats for everyone during the fireworks show
  • 7 – 8:30 p.m. | Free carousel rides and access to Stingray Bay!

    Gather at the back of the Zoo for a special view of the Tempe Town Lake Fireworks Spectacular show. Seating will be available in the back of the Zoo. Guests do not need to bring chairs.

    Please note this event takes place at our main lake event area and not all Zoo trails will be accessible. Animal viewing will be limited.  As this is a catered event, member discounts are not available.

** Schnepf Farms will NOT be hosting 4th of July 2018 due to heavy road construction surrounding Schnepf Farms. The Hometown 4th of July will continue in 2019. Thank you.
