One of my favorite times of year is here…Arizona Restaurant Week: Fall Edition.  The evenings have cooled off (a tiny bit) making it the ideal time for some patio dining!  There’s so many great date night spots on the list, it’s so hard to choose my favorites!

East Valley:

*Nico Heirloom Kitchen ($33 per person):  If you haven’t had the chance to visit Chef Gio Ossos’ newest creation, you are seriously missing out.  Nico is the first Downtown Gilbert, chef-driven upscale restaurant where you can enjoy delicious entrees, craft cocktails and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

*Salut Kitchen Bar ($33 per person includes a glass of wine):  It’s hard to beat a three course meal and a glass of wine for only $33!  They had me at fig & prosciutto bruschetta! Ladies, surprise your man with tickets to the next ASU game and make plans for dinner at Salut!  It’s a win-win!

*Culinary Dropout-The Yard ($44 per couple): Yes you read that correctly.  $44 per couple!  The Yard is a super fun spot for a group date and with delicious shareable appetizers like provolone fondue and pretzel bites, how could you say no!  After dinner you’ll be able to enjoy drinks and yard games.  Don’t worry, it’s not just an ASU crowd!

Scottsdale:

*North Italia-Kierland Commons ($33 per person):  North Italia has been one of my favorite places for a long time!  They too have a lively, yet intimate patio and being in the heart of Kierland, it’s a great spot to do some post dinner shopping and enjoy our gorgeous fall weather!  While you are there, try the burrata tortelloni and olive oil cake!

*Olive & Ivy ($44 per person includes a glass of wine): Hands down one of the best patios in AZ and one of my favorite places to go! They have several amazing looking options on the menu, it will be difficult to pick which one to get!

*Zuzu at Hotel Valley Ho ($33 per person): I feel like Zuzu does not get the attention it deserves.  With fun and funky drinks, a retro vibe and adorable courtyard patio, it’s a unique date night spot!  Make a whole night out of it and book a room at the Hotel Valley Ho for a refreshing and quiet night out!

Phoenix:

*Clever Koi ($44 per person): You’ll want to make the trip to Downtown to try out Clever Koi before their newest location in Downtown Gilbert opens because the line will be out the door!  Clever Koi offers delicious craft cocktails, sake and a menu that will leave you salivating!

*Coup Des Tartes ($44 per person): If an intimate and romantic evening is what you are looking for, then add Coup Des Tartes to the top of your list!  With an eclectic Paris-style décor and brick patio surrounded by shade trees and twinkling white lights, this is sure to be a hit!  You MUST try the Banana Brulee!

*St. Francis ($33 per person): No babysitter? No problem!  Add St. Francis to your list! Kids eat free all day-every day!  Load the kids in the car and hit up the children’s museum or science center first for an afternoon of fun!

*T.Cooks at the Royal Palms ($44 per person): T. Cooks is another ultimate date night destination!  Nestled at the bottom of Camelback Mountain you’ll enjoy gorgeous views!  Dine on their Mediterranean inspired patio (can you tell I like patio dining?), enjoy a glass of wine and don’t miss out on Braised Natural Beef Shortrib!
