I was given a month free at the FitBody Bootcamp in Mesa in order to give my review. I had my final body composition on Monday and I was so impressed with my results! I went to bootcamp twice a week, nothing crazy, and lost 4 pounds and 4 inches from February 2nd to February 23rd!
There was a meal plan also which I did not follow nearly as strictly as I should have but I did my best. The gym focuses on all of the aspects of weight loss, nutrition, cardio, and strength training. There are 3 trainers there, but I only ever worked out with the owner Ben who is also a licensed nutritionist. Ben was very nice and really motivating. The workouts were challenging but I really enjoyed them and I loved being sore the next day, knowing that I really pushed myself. The workouts were different each time and were designed to push you but were never impossible and were always modifiable to your skill level.
The gym itself was very clean and everyone there was so friendly. There is no childcare available, however, there is an area for your children to play while you do your workout. My kids are 3 and 4 and as long as they have a phone, they will sit still for hours! If your child is a little younger or a little less easily entertained, this could be a problem. Overall, I loved this gym! It is located out by the Mesa-Gateway airport and if you live out that way I would definitely check them out! If you have been going to the gym and have not seen any results, FitBody Bootcamp guarantees you will with them!
