July 4th Fireworks Spectacular: Tumbleweed Park| 2250 S. McQueen Road, 85286

  • Tuesday, July 4th
  • 5:30-10:00 pm
  • Enjoy the award winning park and all it has to offer – Playtopia, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and corn hole or bring the fun from home.
  • Food and non-alcohol beverages will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
  • Fireworks at 9:00 p.m.
  • Parking is $5 per vehicle (CASH ONLY)
  • Parking is available throughout Tumbleweed Park
  • Please enter at either Hamilton St. & Germann Rd. or McQueen Rd. & Celebration Way

Arizona Celebration of Freedom:  Mesa Convention Center | 263 N Center St, 85201

  • Patriotic Military Showcase- Get up close and personal with a variety of military vehicles and learn more about how you can support our Troops.
  • Fallen Soldier Memorial- A breathtaking memorial honoring the Arizona fallen heroes from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Located in Building B, Palo Verde Rooms
  • America’s Heritage Lane – Walk through national monuments and figures of America freedom and history. This is a place where individuals and families can be reminded of our great heritage and enjoy some fun photo ops.
  • Independence Hall – Learn more about your family’s Military Genealogy, hear a presentation about the Historical Flags, learn more about the Revolutionary War with George Washington and sign the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. Located in Building B, Lobby and Conference Theater
  • Uncle Sam’s Safety Zone – Stop by and say thanks to the men and women who save lives every day. Check out their cool equipment and displays as well as learn important safety tips for your family.
  • America’s Arts & Culture Showcase – Crafts and displays from the i.d.e.a. Museum, Arizona Museum of Natural History and Mesa Arts Center. Watch local chalk artists create a patriotic mural and help create a mural on your own!
  • The Patriot Car Show – Classic cars and trucks, and a rockabilly good time! Make sure to
    stop by to vote for your favorite!
  • Yankee Doodle Kids’ Zone – FREE carnival style and inflatable games for all ages.
  • Celebration Splash Zone – FREE water features including inflatables and soak zones to provide an opportunity to have some fun and cool down.
  • Fireworks approx. at 9:45 p.m.

  • Tuesday, July 4th
  • Gates open at 4:00
  • Admission is $20 per carload
  • 4-8:30 All Amusement Rides and water slides will be open Hayrides shuttles to and from amusement rides: Roller coaster, swingin Lady Bugz, honeybee adventure, Flying farmers, petting zoo, Giant water slide, Rock Climbing Wall, Train rides and Jumping Pillows. Unlimited ride wristband $10 or $3 per ride.
  • 4-9:30 Fun food available under the shaded pavilion: Ice Cold Watermelon Slices, Funnel Cakes, Fresh Lemonade, Hotdogs, Hamburgers, Slices of Pie, Cotton Candy & Kettle Korn.
  • 8:30 rides shut down So you can all enjoy a spectacular fireworks show on the large grass festival field.

64th Annual Fireworks Spectacular: Tempe Town Lake Park | 620 North Mill Avenue 85281

  • Tuesday, July 4th
  • Gates open at 5 p.m.
  • General admission starting June 1st- $5 per person in advance, children 12 and under and active military are free. $8 per person at the gate.
  • General admission tickets will be on sale starting in June through July 4th at all Fry’s stores.
  • VIP garden tickets online sale only starting June- CLICK HERE BUY
  • On-site ticket sales will stop when the park reaches capacity.
  • Free inflatable village for all ages with a variety of rides, rock climbing walls and more! Special kid’s entertainment, featuring face painters, relay races and other specialty entertainment.

    Do you ever gather any information about hotels that do special things for the fourth of July celebration if you stay there? I called one of them today but their selection of rooms was low because they had sold out of the ones we need. It would be great to know this info in advance.
