The weather is pretty much perfection right now as we head into Spring. With warm days and sunshine on your face you can’t help but want to spend more time outside. Whether you are grilling dinner to eat out on the patio or packing up a lunch to take to the park, here is a round-up of some of my favorite stay-cool recipes for you to enjoy!
First up is a kids favorite, mom approved, healthy fruit dip! I keep this refrigerated until ready to eat for a cool dipping experience with some crunchy apple slices.
