Orange Theory Fitness is unique to other gyms because of their one-of-a-kind workout that is designed for maximum energy and calorie burn. They have a 60-minute workout that is divided into cardiovascular and strength training. The trainers guide you through this one-hour workout using treadmills, rowing machines, TRX suspension training and free weights. They also use a heart-rate monitoring system that is key to seeing results. This makes each workout personalized to each individual no matter what fitness level they are at.
The grand opening at the Gilbert location was held on May 14th. It was a party! When we arrived there was a line out the door and around the building. The staff were awesome and greeted me with a gift bag and then a little tour around the facility. They had several stations set up where guests could visit and then get a stamp on their giveaway card. Once your card was filled up you were entered in a drawing to win a fabulous orange beach cruiser.
The food was catered by the happy folks at Zinburger and Chipotle.
They even had a fun photo booth set up with a table full of crazy accessories so my husband and I joined in. After getting our picture taken they asked us to share the picture with the hashtag #OTFgilbertVIP to get the word out about the grand opening of the new location.
The nicest brand on the planet was there handing out Kind bars. Yummy!
