Fun with the Hooligans at Zooligans-East Valley Moms Blog Playgroup

0

November 19th marked the date of the first annual East Valley Moms Blog play group at Zoolikins. I attended with my baby girl and apart from having to get up about ten times to run after her crazy self, we enjoyed ourselves. East Valley Moms Blog is all about connecting. Not only do we like to try to connect moms for our Mom’s Night Out events, but we love to get the kiddos together too! playdate 1

5, we were more than delighted! The moms in attendance got to sit and chat while babies and older kids played. It was adorable to see the babies checking each other out and pulling on each s socks. Author Melissa Heye was there to read, Fearless Beans and pass out stickers. Also in attendance was Dana at Fancy Faces, LLC to do some fun face art. The art that she painted on the children’s faces was amazing and colorful.

All in all, it was fun to be had and we look forward to holding many more of these types of play groups.

What are your thoughts/ideas on creative playgroups. Is there something you would love to see EVMB do to bring kids of different ages together?playdate 3

In the spring of 2013 East Valley Moms Blog co-founders, Lisa Glowacka and Michelle Alexander embarked on one of their greatest adventures, launching East Valley Moms Blog into the local community. For seven years, they grew the community that we know today as East Valley Moms, and we are so grateful for their enterprising spirit! In summer 2020, the duo sold East Valley Moms to Amy McConnell, our present day owner and chief curator.
