Breakfast with Santa:: What you need to know!

We are so excited for our BIG Holiday event “Breakfast with Santa” 

WHEN:: Saturday, December 3, 2016 8:30am and 10:30am

WHERE:: Seville Golf and Country Club Ballroom 6883 S Clubhouse Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85298

 

 

What you need to know::

Ticketing & Check in

*You do not to bring your paper tickets for the event. We are utilizing guest list check via Nightout and will have several team members facilitating check in. Check in will be outside of the ballroom entrance.

*Not sure of your time slot or can’t find your confirmation?  Log into your Nightout account HERE to check! 

*VIP ticket holders will have a separate check in line.

*We will start checking families in at 8:15 for the first session and 10:15 for the second seating. Our first seating runs from 8:30-10 am and our second seating runs from 10:30-noon.  Please note important information regarding photos with Santa below!

*What if I am no longer able to attend?  All tickets purchased are non-refundable. 

*Am I able to resell my tickets if I can’t use them or transfer them to a friend?  Yes. HOWEVER,  if you decide you can no longer attend and a friend purchases your tickets you must notify us NO LATER than noon on Thursday, December 1st.  If we do not receive the transfer instructions prior to that date and time any guests that arrive and state their tickets are under a friends name and were transferred will not be permitted into the event. 

*Can East Valley Moms Blog help find a buyer for my tickets if I can’t attend?  No. Since we utilize a guest list and in order to prevent others showing up to the event and checking in under your name, we are not able to facilitate requests for tickets not able to be used or resold on our Facebook event page.

 

Seating

*Our tables accommodate 10 seats.  We will be seating families with other families in order to utilize space the most effectively-’tis the season to make new friends! 

*What if you see another family you know and want to sit with them?  Requests to be sat with other families cannot be accommodated. 

*Families will be sat once all members of your party have arrived. Please plan on arriving together.  If you have an infant and/or child that needs a highchair you must indicate that when purchase your ticket.

Photography

*Our amazing photographer, Erin Hicks, of E.L Hicks Photography will be taking photos of the kiddos with Santa! Due to the number of attendees at our event and to keep things running smoothly, each family will be given a time that they will have their photos with Santa upon check in.  Santa has limited time with each family so do not miss your time.  Anyone that misses their time will be have their photo taken at the end of their seating time. This process is to avoid a line on the patio and for you to enjoy your breakfast!

*VIP ticket holders will be given priority photo with Santa times (earlier in each seating).

*You will be given information on how to receive your photo and download plus a photo release prior to your photo session.

*We will also have Stephanie Studer of Life Created taking photos during the event and State Street Studios will be filming a video of the event.  The photo release was part of your ticket purchase authorizing EVMB, LLC and all associated affiliates to use images of you and your family for post marketing materials.

Food & Drinks

*Your ticket includes a delicious continental style breakfast by the fabulous chefs at Seville!   You’ll enjoy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit; plus an assortment of juice, milk and coffee.

*Mimosas and additional drinks for mom and dad will also be available as well as optional hot chocolate for the kids.  Additional drinks purchased will be charged separately by the staff at Seville at the front bar ONLY (additional tax and gratuity will apply).

*As a reminder, only attendees with PAID tickets (ages 3 and up) are able to enjoy breakfast. Each paid ticket holder gets one trip to the buffet. Please follow this important guideline so we can ensure that our paid attendees will be able to enjoy breakfast.  Ages 2 and under only receive a photo with Santa

Giveaway Items/Tickets

*Each adult ticket includes ONE (1) raffle ticket for our giveaway items.  

*Additional raffle tickets will be available at 1 for $3, 10 for $25 and 20 for $45. Cash or debit only will be accepted.

*All raffle tickets purchased from each seating will be put into ONE drawing.  We will draw names the following day and all items won will need to be picked up from a private home in Seville by 12/9/16.

*100% of our raffle ticket proceeds will be donated to Child Crisis Arizona!

Child Crisis Arizona’s vision is safe kids and strong families. We operate the Valley’s only two Emergency Children’s Shelters for children who have experienced abuse and neglect. We have one of the largest foster care and adoption programs to license, train and certify individuals and families to find homes for the thousands of Arizona children in foster care. We create strong and successful families through our home visitation, counseling programs and family classes and workshops. We are expanding our Early Head Start and preschool to some of the Valley’s poorest children in Phoenix and Mesa. There are many opportunities to get involved through volunteering, donating and advocating. To learn more, join us for a Day in the Life tour of our mission at one of the Emergency Shelters.

Additional Information

*For the littles we will have Supertots Party with a soft play area on the lower lawn for the littles under age 3!

*For the bigger kids we will have ornaments to decorate and take home to hang on your tree sponsored by Michelle Alexander, Realtor!

*Moms we highly suggest that you hop on over to the Kendra Scott website and make a wish list for your hubby!  Kendra Scott will be on site with a trunk show and will be giving back 20% of each purchase to Child Crisis Arizona!

*Several East Valley Moms Blog team members will be present at the event.  If you have any comments/concerns/wishes/desires please let one of us know!  We are there to make sure you have a magical experience with your family!
