Hannah Peterson-Sleep Consultant

My name is Hannah Peterson, mom of four, who is passionate about working with families and helping them teach their little ones how to sleep. I have experience as a Pediatric nurse and a Certified Sleep Consultant working with newborns through to preschoolers.
I believe that every parent should have the tools to be able to lay a healthy foundation for sleep, no matter what their parenting style (crunchy, breastfeeding, formula fed, attachment parenting, no cry) at the end of the day sleep is a biological necessity and not a luxury.

Southwest Human Development

Southwest Human Development is Arizona’s largest nonprofit dedicated to early childhood development. The first five years of life are the most critical in a child’s development, our services improve lives and help families by supporting young children and their caregivers during this important time. Our Birth to Five Helpline is a free service open to all families with young children looking for the latest child development information from experts in the field.
