When  school is out, camp is in! Camps at the Children’s Museum of Phoenix feature hands-on learning, games and activities designed to cultivate the minds and muscles of children ages 5-8. Each unique camp includes relevant literature exploration, are activites, and plenty of free play within all three floors of the Museum’s imaginative exhibits. 

Children’s Museum of Phoenix is designed for children ages birth to 10. It offers more than 300 play experiences, spread throughout three floors in the magnificent and historic Monroe School Building.

As You Wish Summer Classes

Looking for a summer activity that enhances creativity, strengthens focus, is low cost and expert approved? As You Wish is pleased to provide Summer Classes at $25 each starting June 5th! Class includes exclusive Summer Collection pieces, paint, pottery and instruction – a great value!
Classes are from 9-10:30am, leaving time for swimming, movies or other afternoon activities. And, art lessons develop the whole brain by strengthening focus and attention span, improving educational performance and facilitating emotional intelligence.

OdySea Aquarium

Meet Sharks, Otters, Penguins and More at OdySea Aquarium!

Beat the heat this summer with a visit to OdySea Aquarium, the newest Aquarium in the country, located in Scottsdale. Spanning 200,000 square feet, this multi-level, state-of-the-art facility is the largest aquarium in the Southwest and features more than 65 exhibits, 500 species, and over 30,000 animals.  There are over 20 daily activities led by Animal Care Specialists, a movie theater, a submerged escalator that descends into the deep ocean, and a one-of-a-kind voyage on the only Living Sea Carousel in the world, a ride which takes guests through the Open Ocean, Sea Turtle, Sea Lion and Seal, and Shark exhibits!

Meet Butterflies and the New Rainforest Reptiles at Butterfly Wonderland!

This summer visit Butterfly Wonderland, the largest butterfly conservatory in America. Thousands of butterflies fly freely amongst lush, tropical plants and flowers, bringing a tropical rainforest environment to the Arizona desert.  Outside the conservatory, there are plenty of engaging and educational exhibits including a Butterfly Emergence Gallery, which showcases live chrysalis as they emerge naturally into beautiful butterflies, a 3D movie theater, a Spineless Giants exhibit highlighting spiders and scorpions as well as large species of moths and butterflies.  And don’t miss the brand new Reptile Rainforest exhibit, the largest expansion to the facility since opening. Poison Dart Frogs, Mata Mata Turtles, Asian Water Dragons, and White-Eyed Crocodiles are some of the many animals that will greet you along your journey!

2nd Annual New & Expectant Mom Event! 

Being held on May 13th 9:30 am-Noon at the beautiful Power Ranch Barn Clubhouse. 

This event is geared towards moms who are currently expecting a baby (whether it’s your 1st or 3rd), had a baby within the last year, foster moms of infants, or are planning on growing their family soon.

This event will provide an a panel of expert speakers, light snacks, photo booth, educational resources, giveaways and swag, and connecting moms and families with relevant local resources.
