Please note VERY IMPORTANT road closures for the Tumbleweed Tree Lighting and Light Parade that will take place later on Saturday.
The following streets will be CLOSED to all traffic from 6:00am to 10:00pm.
a. San Marcos Place from Boston Street to Buffalo Street
b. Commonwealth Ave at Oregon Street
c. Arizona Place from Buffalo Street to Boston Street
To access the resort, please utilize Chandler Boulevard and enter via Dakota Street, California Street or Oregon Street, South to Buffalo Street.
What you need to know::
Ticketing & Check in
*You do not to bring your paper tickets for the event. We are utilizing guest list check via Eventbrite and will have several team members facilitating check in. Check in will be outside of the ballroom entrance.
*Our attendees who purchased their Family 4 pack tickets will have a separate check in line.
*We will start checking families in at 8:15 for the first session and 10:15 for the second seating. Our first seating runs from 8:30-10 am and our second seating runs from 10:30-noon. Please note important information regarding photos with Santa below!
*What if I am no longer able to attend? All tickets purchased are non-refundable.
*Am I able to resell my tickets if I can’t use them or transfer them to a friend? No. We are no longer able to accept requests for ticket transfers.
*Can East Valley Moms Blog help find a buyer for my tickets if I can’t attend? No.
Seating
*Our tables accommodate 10 seats. We will be seating families with other families in order to utilize space the most effectively-’tis the season to make new friends!
*What if you see another family you know and want to sit with them? Requests to be sat with other families cannot be accommodated.
*Families will be sat once all members of your party have arrived. Please plan on arriving together. If you have an infant and/or child that needs a highchair you must indicate that when purchase your ticket.
Photography
*We are excited to have Tiffanie Luster join us this year to photography our photos with Santa. Due to the number of attendees at our event and to keep things running smoothly, each family will be given a time that they will have their photos with Santa upon check in. Santa has limited time with each family so do not miss your time. Anyone that misses their time will be have their photo taken at the end of their seating time. This process is to avoid a line on the patio and for you to enjoy your breakfast!
*Attendees who purchased a family 4 pack of tickets will receive a BLUE photo release and information sheet, all other ticket holders will receive a WHITE photo release and information sheet.
*Family 4 pack of ticket purchasers tickets include ONE (1) photo per child and ONE (1) family photo. All other CHILD ticket purchasers receive ONE (1) photo.
*You will be given information on how to receive your photo and download plus a photo release prior to your photo session.
*We will also have Stephanie Studer of Life Created taking photos during the event. The photo release was part of your ticket purchase authorizing EVMB, LLC and all associated affiliates to use images of you and your family for post marketing materials.

*Your ticket includes a delicious continental style breakfast by the fabulous chefs at Crowne Plaza Phoenix-Chandler Golf Resort! You’ll enjoy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit; plus an assortment of juice, milk and coffee.

Giveaway Items/Tickets
*Each adult ticket includes ONE (1) raffle ticket for our giveaway items.
*Additional raffle tickets will be available at 1 for $3, 10 for $25 and 20 for $45. Cash or debit only will be accepted.
*All raffle tickets purchased from each seating will be put into ONE drawing. We will draw names the following day and all items won will need to be picked up from a private home in Seville by 12/10/17.
*100% of our raffle ticket proceeds will be donated to UMOM New Day Centers!
Founded in 1964, UMOM is located in Phoenix, Arizona and is an innovative provider of shelter, housing and services for people experiencing homelessness.
Every night we provide safe shelter and supportive services for over 170 homeless families. We also offer nearly 300 units of affordable housing across the Valley, each with special Program Centers for residents.Please consider donating items of need at our event to UMOM as well!
- Gift cards in $20-25 increments to Target, Walmart, grocery store: We provide these to our teen and adult family members for a holiday gift, as we often do not receive holiday gifts suitable for our teens or adults.
- Nonperishable food items such as these, to help feed the homeless street-bound youth we serve: jars of peanut butter and jelly, granola bars, breakfast bars, fruit cups, pudding cups, pop top cans (no can opener needed – ie. Vienna Sausages, Chef Boyardee), peanut butter or cheese and crackers in individually wrapped packs, microwavable mac n cheese, cup o soup, ramen, etc.
- Diapers in sizes 4, 5, and 6: Our children sadly tend to stay in diapers longer due to the trauma both they and their parents have faced.
- Twin and full size sheet sets and blankets: the beds we have in our shelter rooms are twin and full size.
- New packages of underwear for women (bras, too), men (boxer shorts), and children.

Additional Information
*For the littles we will have Awesome Toddlers Soft Play Equipment Rentals with a soft play area in the lobby for the littles under age 5!
*Don’t miss writing your letter to Santa located inside our lobby! Fill it out and bring it to the big guy during photos!
*Several East Valley Moms Blog team members will be present at the event. If you have any comments/concerns/wishes/desires please let one of us know! We are there to make sure you have a magical experience with your family!
